Using Vertex BD, our team ensured that every component was accurately modelled, dimensioned, and compliant with both engineering and manufacturer standards.
The project required careful design coordination due to larger-than-standard floor joist spans. Working closely with the engineer, our team performed a value design review of the structural steel elements to achieve an efficient yet robust framing solution.
Consistent communication between the manufacturer, builder, and engineer helped refine load paths, improve material use, and maintain alignment with site requirements.
