BuildSketch Drafting may engage a third-party licensed chartered engineer on behalf of the client. In this case:

  • Engineering design, calculations, and certification are carried out by the engineer, not BuildSketch Drafting.
  • The engineer assumes full professional responsibility for their work, governed by their licensing and insurance.
  • BuildSketch Drafting facilitates this process but accepts no liability for engineering design or certification outcomes.

4.Site & Construction Responsibility

The client is fully responsible for:

  • Ensuring that drawings are used correctly on site
  • Verifying site conditions and construction methods
  • Consulting qualified builders and professionals during installation

BuildSketch Drafting is not responsible for any errors arising from site measurements, installation practices, or unauthorised document changes.

5.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, BuildSketch Drafting will not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
  • Damages from reliance on website or documentation content
  • Errors resulting from inaccurate client-supplied information
